FAQs

It will depend on the number of guests at your event and the availability of the space for your requirements. The rent of each space can vary in a range between $30,000 MXN and up to $95,000 MXN.

The location is available for events from 50 up to 500 guests.

To ensure the space and book the date of your celebration, we suggest you reserve the place at least 3 months in advance. Some couples decide to book even up to 1 year in advance to avoid taking risks and block the date with enough time.

In order to confirm the reservation and the date of your event is blocked, you will need to make the previous deposit and sign our contract.

Of course you can reserve the place with less time in advance, but please consider that our spaces of Ex Hacienda San José are subject to the availability of a cultural calendar and other events.

In our facilities we have multiple spaces to organize your ceremony and reception of guests. We would love to know everything you have in mind to better guide you in the available spaces according to the number of guests and specific requirements of your event. Multiple use areas available for your celebration include everything you need to streamline the logistics and operation of your event:

In addition to bed and breakfast services and renting the location for events, we have the following additional services:

Depending on the characteristics and requirements of your event, some providers may have to enter the location up to 72 hours before the event. Once your event is over, all providers have up to 24 hours to disassemble, clean and deliver their areas.

Our facilities have all the accessible and necessary health services for both your guests and your suppliers and service personnel.

           

    

If unfortunately you have to cancel your event, the following policies also stipulated in our contract will apply:

In case of notifying the cancellation between 90 to 61 calendar days before the date of your event, you will have a penalty of 10% of the total cost agreed in our contract.

In case of notifying the cancellation between 60 to 31 calendar days before the date of your event, you will have a penalty of 25% of the total cost agreed in our contract.

In case of notifying the cancellation between 30 to 16 calendar days before the date of your event, you will have a penalty of 50% of the total cost agreed in our contract.

If you cancel between 15 to 0 calendar days before the date of your event, you will have to pay 100% of the total cost agreed in our contract.

You can freely choose the suppliers of products and services that you decide for your event. In any case, if you need something additional, here is a list of some recommended providers:
